How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Clever Poppy ships to the United States and Canada. We are looking to expand to more international destinations in the near future.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives broken, please email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] for a free replacement.
