At Clever Poppy, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If a product isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
